GOODBYE 2021... HELLO 2022!
2021 has been a good year for CTECH. Not only did we turn 3 years of age, but we have seen substantial growth and a lot of change along the way!
We have brought on Andy Dennahy, allowing Founder John Cole to focus on what he likes doing best, focusing more of his time on the Sales side. Ewen Davies has become our First-Line IT Support Technician after successfully completing the Govt Kickstart Scheme. The latest Support Technician is Craig Gill, who will really strengthen our M365 and Voice implementation capability.
Here’s some words from our MD:
“There’s no escaping it, the last 12 months has been really tough! We have worked long hours and had to navigate some really difficult situations. It brought out the character of what we are trying to build, we didn’t shirk, and the feedback and help that we received from our customers has been really great. We have made a lot of progress, updated all our processes, and added some good technical staff. We are in a good place and more than ready to step things up again in 2022.”
Government Job Scheme
We have employed multiple young people in various roles on the Kickstart Scheme. Of 7 candidates that we took on, 4 have stayed with us and become vital members of the team.
Work Experience Projects
We have also built a strong link with Fareham College to enable students to build up work experience in both website design and business administration roles. We have plans to strengthen this partnership in years to come as we are in an ideal position to help shape the next generation of talent in our local area.

Rugby Against Cancer
We are proud to support this incredible charity who do amazing work to support players and their loved ones who have had to battle cancer. From their annual Trek 2 Twickers, an 80-mile trek from London to Portsmouth, amongst many other fund-raising events. They continue to inspire people to take a stand as a community; supporting each other.

Things we think will be more powerful than ever in 2022 and beyond…
Plain old Voice! Yes, you heard it…. Voice! or what we used to call phone systems. In spite of Chat, Mobility, Teams, Social-Media, Whatsapp etc. the need for a business to talk personally to their customers is more important than ever.
