Because C-Tech Business Solutions provides intangible digital software architecture (SaaS) and not physical goods, traditional "shipping" parameters do not apply. This policy outlines how and when licenses are delivered, our Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments, and the terms under which enterprise subscriptions may be refunded.
1. Software Delivery ("Shipping") Policy
All software modules, including the Online PDF Editor and E-Signature capabilities, are delivered electronically.
- Cloud Subscriptions: Instant access is granted upon successful payment verification. Activation links and administrator console credentials are automatically dispatched to the authorized corporate email address.
- On-Premise & API Integrations: API keys, Docker containers, and specific integration documentation are deposited into your secure client portal within 24 hours of contract execution.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the reliability of our editing tools. For all standard monthly and annual "Business Teams" and "Enterprise Compliant" self-serve subscriptions, we offer an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee.
If your legal, HR, or accounting departments determine the software does not meet their workflow requirements within the first 14 days of activation, you may request a full refund of the initial payment. After 14 days, all sales are final.
3. SLA Credits & Uptime Guarantee
For our Enterprise-tier clients, C-Tech guarantees a 99.99% monthly uptime for the core document processing and e-signature infrastructure. If we fail to meet this threshold due to internal server architecture failure, you may request a calculated service credit proportional to the downtime instance.
Exclusions apply regarding scheduled maintenance windows (notified 72 hours in advance) or major external ISP failures.
4. Cancellation Protocol
Administrators may disable auto-renewal at any point through the billing dashboard. Access to the PDF editing environment will persist until the conclusion of the currently paid billing cycle. C-Tech does not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
